Absolutely not you don’t have to but it would be a good idea to especially if you want to stay dry! Because, if you fall down so many times then your jeans or sweat pants begin to soak up all the water and it is NOT comfortable. I suggest you don’t wear anything that’s not waterproof, Because I learned that the hard way the first time I went Skiing I wore sweats and a sweatshirt, I learned my lesson I was frozen and soaked, so Summing it all up for you Yes I would! UNless you want to end up like me, the first time I went.!!

Nope, just don’t fall into the cold wet snow. Or if you do, just make it your last run. Once you get the pants wet, you might as well take them off because they won’t be insulating you from the cold.

but they are very helpful in keeping you warm and dry so most people perfer wearing them. i know i do!

Its a great idea to wear some to stay dry.
