Big Boulder is a possibility. It overlooks Lake Harmony and they have snow skiing of sorts in the winter. The verticle is only about 600 feet but it is a great place for beginner and intermediate skiers and has night skiing, always a plus in my book, and it has water skiing in the summer. Plus they are hooked in with Jack Frost (a five minute drive away) where they also have golf, paint ball, tubing and a bunch of other stuff.
