Search Craig’s List, usually people sell skis there.
Trades ins probably aren’t possible since ski equipment gets outdated very fast. Either sell your old ones (Craig’s List!), or donate them to a charity in need of sports equipment or something.
Most ski shops have good deals this time of year on ski packages for new skis. Go check them out too.
